That last drop of water...!

Venad express vl reach shortly on platform number 2. The announcement was over and I was waiting for my friend in the platform...we came there for a friend marriage.
As railway station is not that good for the scenaries I started observing the peoples in the station. Everyone was busy in their talking ..some looks anxious that train not reached yet....some listening to songs in their head phone, and there were lovebirds too who was busy in their own world...
And I was on first platform plugging my phone to a charger.
A small muffled voice caught my attention. I looked around for the source of the voice. It was a crying sound of a dog. M sure you vl be more attentive like me if you are also a dog lover. On searching I found the source of that sound is from railway track. And I saw a dog like a paralytic man moving from the center track to the second track of three line track. But it fell on the track. I thought he might have got hit by a fast moving train that just passed by.
On second thought the venad express vl come through and it will take away even the rest of the life left of that poor dog. I looked onto my phone. 'Charging 59 ℅'. I was in a doubt what to do next whether to go down.
But the next moment what I saw was a man jumped into the track crossed the middle one straight away carried the dog and kept him on the platform..
Another dog came and saw this poor dog and it went away.

I couldn't resist with my curiosity. I removed my charger and joined with the small group which crowded over there.
What I saw was he is bleeding to death. Blood coming through nose and mouth with rapid respiration. Some tried to give water. It was not moving even after the efforts we made to get up. . Even abdomen and legs was severely damaged. There was nothing that could help him.....People went away once they were sure of its death.

I didn't want to leave him. I stretched my hands and rubbed on this head and told its okie. For a moment I thought about in my silence. One hand ful of water I tuk and I poured onto his mouth. I saw how he was tasting the last drops of his life. He cannot even open his eyes. Must be he was controlling the pain. He may not be knowing who gave him water but for a moment he moved his legs when I rubbed his head.
I didn't want to stay there. As I don't want to watch him die. As announced venad express arrived. Even with the whistling sound of its arrival I could hear the muffled sound of a dog that was telling me something....
