Negative automatic thoughts (NATs). They are negatively framed interpretations of what we think is happening to us. And they usually have an impact on our mood and our feelings, that isn't positive. They are stream of thoughts that we can notice, if we pay attention to them.
Our body reacts to stress conditions in our life. As we know the Limbic system, they happened to have a great role in controlling our emotions. And how we act how we react back everything counts. We all know the story of Half filled glass. A positive approach makes one to think its half filled and negative approach makes it half empty.
Now a days in modern world parents tend to teach the childrens about the criminal minded individuals in the society and teaching their kids the stories of assault and theft. Its all happens because of the anxiety of the parents. What are they teaching the new kids of future growing generations???.
How to overcome these thoughts?. Well my Teacher once told me to keep a waste basket inside your head so that I can just dumb all those negative thoughts generating inside me. There is a way. Turn everything into the positive side. Find reasons for why I'm are not able to do certain things. why I dont deserve it. What can I do to make it better. Ask questions to yourselves. Then you shall investigate and find the solutions.
Never live in the negative world. As Some one said deep inside you there is answer to all your questions. You cannot stop these thoughts chasing you untill you try to solve it.
