Its ok to be not ok !

 In your day to day life you meet different kind of people. Some will be stressed and some will be cool. But how will you really make out that he or she is really stressed out???. It's easy to put a mask on. The stressed out man might put a mask of smiling and laughing face and some act as if they are in big trouble to seek attention of their loved ones. 


We do have a judging mind about the people whom we meet or encounter with our problems. But give it a thought we are just making a conclusion out of a glimpse of a part from his whole. That might be his or her's single piece from the scattered puzzle of personality which joins together to make a whole of what the person really is. 

I always believe every man behaves differently in each situations as they have different threshold. Some act or give out expressions of his defense mechanism to overcome to his problems. but it really shows what he is if we observe him carefully. 
For eg; You might see a boy who loosing table tennis game might blame that opponent had much of supporters where their negative comments made him to loose. where he is supposed to focus on his game no matter what challenges he face on. Here the defense mechanism of mind is called as 'blaming'. People find an excuse to overcome the mistakes or put the blame on something else for their loosing. 
So whenever you find such people who lacks in their ability of mind to overcome situations, your negative shall make him into a depressed state. Every one has different mental capacities you win when you get to read people than reading book. Human mind is beyond what is written in the black letters of the books you read.
